I'm Scott Meeks. As an investor I've owned and managed 20+ properties over my career. For five years I've also successfully hosted two of my own: a long-term rental and Summer's End, a short-term rental cabin in Tiger, Georgia. The STR has been outperforming similar-size cabin comps in the area by about 20%, using the same playbook I now bring to other owners: daily dynamic pricing, automated guest messaging, and reliable turnovers on our automation platform.

Do you charge a percentage?

No. Remote Co-Hosting is $549 a month, flat, for any size home. We don't take a cut of your bookings. Every plan starts with a 90-day initial term, then goes month to month.

How does dynamic pricing work?

Every day our pricing system checks your rates against local market comps, seasonality, weekends vs. midweek, holidays, and special events such as festivals, game days, concerts, and local weekends. Rates move with demand so you don't leave money on the table, or sit empty at an inflated price.

Who handles cleaning?

You keep your own cleaner, and we coordinate with them: scheduling every turnover, sharing guest details, and flagging anything that needs attention.

What areas do you serve?

Anywhere in the US where short-term rental co-hosting is permitted. Licensing and registration rules vary by state and city, and we'll help you sort out what applies to your property.

Who owns the listing?

You do. We're added as a co-host on your Airbnb and Vrbo accounts, so your listing, reviews, and history stay yours.

How do I pay?

One flat fee, billed automatically on the 1st of each month, in advance. Bank payment (ACH) is preferred; cards are accepted. Any costs you've approved are added to the next month's bill, with receipts. The setup fee is invoiced once, at signing.

Am I locked into a long contract?

No. Every plan starts with a 90-day first term, then goes month-to-month.

Can I get a website without co-hosting?

Yes. Custom websites are available to any owner: $799 one-time build plus $49/month for hosting and upkeep.
